FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY

At Ellecare, we strive to deliver your wellness essentials safely, promptly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, fees, and other important information regarding your order.

  • For other international destinations, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Any delays due to incomplete addresses, payment verification, or high-volume periods will be communicated promptly.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, festive seasons, or remote area surcharges.

  • West Malaysia: RM6 flat rate (FREE with orders RM150+)

  • East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate (FREE with orders RM200+)

  • Singapore: RM25 (FREE with orders RM350+)

 Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier information. You can use this number to track your delivery status online.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • For urgent corrections, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

 If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incomplete order

  • A missing delivery despite tracking confirmation

  • Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A description of the issue

  • We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
